Recently a friend of ours tipped us off to the Himalayan Salt Plate . Needless to say, we were intrigued. What exactly do you use a salt plate for? Turns out, a lot. Aside from using it for grilling and roasting in the oven, you can chill it and use it as a serving tray. We plan on making it the sushi station at our next party.
